PRIMARY CARE

Like many other clinics, we have had to struggle with staffing issues. Employees are harder to find and retain, and as we aren't a big organization such as Christus or Presbyterian, we have had to outsource some of our activities such as scheduling and eligibility. Please be patient and understanding of these workers as they are trying their best to assist you.  Some basic clinic rules 1. To avoid medication mistakes, meds will only be refilled by providers in clinic. 2. We do not provide Telehealth services, and as such no treatment will be provided on the phone. To help with this, we will keep slots open for urgent patients daily. 3. If you have encountered a problem with our clinic or service, please communicate this directly with us. We are still a young clinic and still trying to learn the ever changing healthcare setting in Santa Fe. We will be try our best to improve in reasonable ways we can.
